What is TenderFilter?
TenderFilter is an early-access tender alert service for small and medium-sized suppliers. It helps monitor larger EU public procurement notices published on TED by country, sector and CPV code.
Does TenderFilter cover every tender in every country?
No. TenderFilter currently focuses on larger EU public procurement notices published on TED. It does not claim to cover every local or national tender outside TED.
What are CPV codes?
CPV codes are classification codes used in public procurement notices. They help describe the subject of a tender, for example IT services, construction work, medical equipment or solar photovoltaic modules.
Can CPV filtering miss relevant tenders?
Yes. Buyers may use broader, narrower or related CPV codes. That is why TenderFilter may combine CPV codes with keywords, country filters and sector filters.
Which countries are currently covered?
The current website structure includes Germany, Poland, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. More countries may be added later.
Which sectors are currently covered?
Current sector pages include solar PV, IT services, construction, medical equipment and cleaning services.
Will TenderFilter send daily email alerts?
That is the planned early-access feature. Users can submit the form and describe which countries, sectors and CPV codes they want to monitor.
Are deadlines always available?
Deadlines depend on the information available in the original TED notice. TenderFilter may show or use deadlines when they are available in the notice data.
Is TenderFilter free?
TenderFilter is currently in early access. Pricing and paid plans may be added before full launch.
