How TenderFilter uses TED and CPV codes

TenderFilter is designed to help suppliers discover relevant public procurement notices by combining TED data, country filters, sector filters and CPV codes.

Data source

TenderFilter focuses on public procurement notices published on TED. TED is used as the primary source for larger EU public procurement notices.

Filtering approach

TenderFilter pages are organised around three main filters:

Why CPV codes matter

CPV codes help classify procurement notices by subject. They are useful for filtering, but they are not perfect. Buyers may use broad, narrow or related CPV codes for similar tenders.

For that reason, TenderFilter may combine exact CPV codes with related CPV codes, keywords and country filters.

Example notice blocks

Some country and sector pages include recent example TED notices. These examples are intended to show the type of notices that may appear for a given filter.

Limitations

Need alerts for a specific CPV code?

Join early access and describe the countries, sectors and CPV codes you want to monitor.

Get early access

TenderFilter is currently an early-access service. Filtering logic and alert coverage may be improved over time.
